Amenities:
Our resort is located minutes from downtown Masset, where you'll
find a grocery store, two conveniance stores, a hardware store
and gas station selling diesel and propane. There are two auto
repair shops, a hospital and library.
Dixon Entrance Golf Coarse is
located minutes away. It's a nine hole coarse with a great ocean
view.
The Delkatla bird sanctuary is located across the street from
us.
Fishing Charters
are available at Hidden Island Resort.
For your convenience, we can arrange to have your fish cut and
vacuum packed and, to best preserve the freshness, ship it home
for you..
The Beautiful Queen Charlotte
Islands
are the last frontier of world class ocean and river fishing.
While on the water you may get the pleasure of viewing the different
whales, dolphins and seals. Miles of beaches including our famous
North Beach, when in season you can dip net your own crabs right
out of the surf, and dig clams off the beach. Miles of beach combing,
stroll and collect treasures, enjoy the tranquility of the ocean.

Hidden Island Resort is a mixture of RV and camp sites. We cater
to fishing and nature enthusiasts and many regulars visit us each year.
As the resort grows we
are continually working at expanding the range of services to support
our visitors with the amenities that make HIR a special place.

for RV's and campers
- Licensed Fish'n Chip restaurant. featuring local halibut and
cod
- Sixteen large,
private treed lots (four of them are extra large to accommodate groups).
- Full hookups
(include: highspeed internet, cable TV, telephone, electricity, water
and sewer).
- Large treed private
sites without hookups.
- Large private
tent sites available.
- On site we have
warm, clean men’s and ladies washrooms.
- There
are two showers in each the washrooms.
- Laundry facilities
are also available on site.
- Dry firewood.
- Full tackle
shop and marine supplies including salt water licenses.
- Ocean view house available for nightly or weekly rentals. Fully
furnished three bedroom home. High speed wireless Internet, cable
vision, TV...complete with bedding, fully equipped kitchen, sundecks
overlooking Masset inlet where you can watch the local fishing vessels
and all the sport boats coming and going. Killer whales and seal
can be watched in season.
- Groups are welcome.
Make this your home base for winter storm watching. . . our winter
storms often force scallops and clams onto the beaches waiting to be
gathered!! Beachcomb for treasures... maybe even glass balls!!

There are many sites to see on the islands. Hiking one of the many trails
can lead you to ship wrecks,
old growth forest or miles of secluded beaches. Learn about the Haida
culture, view their ancient
villages and totem poles, different forms of Haida art can be purchased
in many of the local galleries and
at Hidden Island Resort.
